Does it keep working if I don’t renew?
Yes. The license is perpetual — the version you own keeps running forever, even if you never renew. Renewal only controls access to new updates and support.
What does the annual renewal include?
New releases, security updates, and priority support. Renewal is $499/yr for the self-hosted license, Enterprise custom. The license itself never expires — only updates and support require renewal.
Is the webmail email client included?
No — this is the mail server only. It speaks IMAP, SMTP, and JMAP, so you connect any standard email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, mobile). The webmail client is part of our hosted product, not the self-hosted server.
Can I white-label it?
Yes — white-label is included on every tier at no extra cost. Run the server under your own brand and offer email as your own service.
Do I get the source code?
No. The server ships as a single self-contained compiled binary — closed source. You get the program to run, not the code.
Do you offer paid setup?
Yes. Professional installation is a one-time $699 add-on — we install and configure the server on your machine. Self-installation with our docs is always free.
What are the system requirements?
A modern Linux server (bare metal or VPS), a public IP with proper reverse DNS, and the ability to set MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC records for your domains. We’ll confirm sizing for your mailbox count during the quote.
